Ingredients

rolled oats

unsweetened almond milk(or milk of choice)

Greek yogurt

Chia seeds

Honey or maple syrup

Vanilla extract

Ripe peach (or canned in juice, drained)

Chopped almonds or granola for topping
Instructions
In medium jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, Chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract
Fold in peaches
Cover and refrigerate overnight( or at least 6hrs)
In the morning, stir well, add splash of milk if too thick, and add your topping
Enjoy chilled or warm, your creamy, peachy breakfast is ready!
Notes
You can use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option
