Peaches and cream overnight oats

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 pairing knife
  • 1 8-12 oz mason jar or airtight container
  • 1 measuring cup
  • 1 measuring spoon
  • 1 mixing spoon

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk(or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • `1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 Ripe peach (or canned in juice, drained)
  • 1 tbsp Chopped almonds or granola for topping

Instructions
 

  • In medium jar or container, combine oats, milk, yogurt, Chia seeds, honey, and vanilla extract
  • Fold in peaches
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight( or at least 6hrs)
  • In the morning, stir well, add splash of milk if too thick, and add your topping
  • Enjoy chilled or warm, your creamy, peachy breakfast is ready!

Notes

You can use coconut yogurt for a dairy-free option
